Lights

These are from a light fixture project I did recently: rewiring, new sockets, cleanup etc. There are about 20 or so total but these are a few of my favorites. I'm terrible about getting before pictures. I always think... "Why would I want a picture of that?" also they remind me of the cheesy part of all those shows where the couple comes home and says something like, "I can't believe this is the same room," and then the star of the show stands there with a look on his face like he just pulled a kid and his dog from a burning car.... that being said... I included a few...

and probably the dog too if it wasn't one of those little ones that yip all the time

Lamps

Here's a few pictures of lamps I've built over the past few months. They were all in the previous post about my house, but these make them a bit easier to see.

I've tried about 50 variations on this steel pipe hanging lamp. I like this version the best so far. I'll probably paint it... color suggestions?

60's electric chord organ that is a bit too out of tune to be useable. I love the look of it though, so I decided that if I painted it and gave it some lights I could justify keeping it around.
